We design the system around your offer, your sector, and your volume. You see the full architecture before anything gets built. This includes the automation flows, the qualification logic, the response sequences, and the CRM setup.

You approve the architecture. If you do not want to proceed, we part ways here. No invoice. No partial payment for the plan. The architecture session is part of the intake, not a separate deliverable.

We build. You stay in your business. You do not lift a finger on the build itself. You get one daily update — a short message on what was built that day — and a working system at the end of day two.

After the first thirty days, the system runs without requiring ongoing involvement from our side. We stay on call for adjustments and optimizations. If you do not see lift inside ninety days, we run the system at no cost until you do.

What do I need to prepare before the first call?

Nothing formal. Come with a rough sense of your monthly lead volume, your current close rate if you know it, and how long it currently takes your business to respond to a new inquiry. That is enough.

What if my CRM is a mess?

That is common. We work with whatever is there. The Pulse Protocol can run on top of most CRM stacks or we can build into a clean setup. The first call will surface what is workable.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You do not touch the build. You approve the architecture and you observe the results. The operator's job is to stay in the business while the system gets installed.

What is the 90-day guarantee?

If the system is live and you do not see measurable lift in contact rate, show rate, or close rate inside ninety days, we continue running the system at no additional cost until you do. This is the only guarantee we offer.

What happens after the 30-day monitoring period?

The system runs on autopilot. We are available for adjustments, optimizations, and expansions. Most operators check in monthly. Some check in more frequently as they scale. The system does not require ongoing management from your side.
